# Paragraph:

A paragraph is a series of sentences that are organized and coherent, and are all related to a single topic. Almost every piece of writing you do that is longer than a few sentences should be organized into paragraphs.

Paragraph option is used to change the alignment (Left, Centre, Right), Indent, paragraph space and line space of the selected paragraphs.

# Line space:

Line spacing determines the amount of vertical space between lines of text in a paragraph. By default, lines are single-spaced, meaning that the spacing accommodates the largest font in that line, plus a small amount of extra space.

The vertical space (gap/distance) between two or more line is call line space.

Steps:

1.  Highlight the required paragraphs.

2.  Click on Home menu.

3.  Click on Paragraph option. It displays a dialog box.

4.  Choose the required alignment, Indentation, line space and line space.

5.  Click on ok.

# Indent:

In computer programming, indentation describes formatting source code with whitespace to the left of code text – often to visually show that a sequence of code lines is syntactically a code block.

Indent is an unwritten space (gap) from left and right margin to text position. There are four types of indents. They are;

Margin can also refer to the portion of the interest rate on an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) added to the adjustment-index rate.
